Part 3: Act on it
Take action when you feel your rights are not being respected.
5 minutes
Module Overview
Act on it focuses on what you can do if something isn’t working or doesn’t feel right with your supports or services.
This module helps you understand how to give feedback, raise concerns, and speak up confidently about your experiences. It explains who you can talk to, what steps to take, and how the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission can help if an issue isn’t resolved.
Taking action can feel daunting, but you don’t have to do it alone. Act on it is about knowing your options, building confidence, and using your voice in ways that feel right for you.
