Show it is the second module in the Know My Rights series for NDIS Providers and Support Workers.
This module explores what it looks like to regularly check in with participants, share information clearly, and support informed decision-making, including conversations about NDIS plans, budgets, and supports. You’ll learn how regular, person-centred conversations help build trust, reduce misunderstandings, and support safe, ethical care.

To help providers and support workers demonstrate participant rights through regular, transparent conversations and accessible communication.
