Act on it is the third module in the Know My Rights series for NDIS Providers and Support Workers.
This module explores how to encourage feedback, respond respectfully to both positive and negative experiences, and put processes in place that make communication easy and accessible. You’ll learn how regular check-ins, clear feedback pathways, and timely responses can improve service quality and help prevent issues from escalating.
Purpose
To educate support workers and providers about effective processes for collecting and acting upon feedback provided by NDIS participants in their care.
